Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. Your email content is processed securely and we do not store the full content of your emails on our servers. We use encryption in transit and at rest for all sensitive data.
Third-Party Services
Our service integrates with Google Gmail through official APIs. We adhere to Google's API Services User Data Policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use the following subprocessors to provide our service:
- Supabase — Database hosting and authentication
- Vercel — Application hosting and infrastructure
- Google Cloud — Gmail API, Pub/Sub real-time notifications, and OAuth infrastructure
- Stripe — Payment processing (we never store your card details)
- OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google (Gemini) — AI email analysis, categorization, and text generation (only when you enable AI features; your content is not used to train their models)
- SendGrid (Twilio) and Resend — Transactional email delivery (e.g. verification and notification emails)
- Upstash — Rate limiting, caching, and background job processing (does not receive email content)
- Sentry — Error and performance monitoring (with PII scrubbing applied)
- ClickUp — Optional integration — only receives data if you explicitly connect your ClickUp account
